Unfortunately, the goal of most women is to lose weight.
While it is important to be comfortable with who we are NOW we can still want to lose weight.
There is just a healthy way to do it...
We don't always have time for exercise or sometimes the inclination!
By looking at different ways we can include movement in our daily lives that suits individual lifestyles we can make sure we are taking care of our body and protecting it for years to come.
Movement isn't always an experience outside of our body, we also look at digestion, lymph and energy flow inside the body.
Becoming more self-aware enables us to make choices that will support our overall health and well-being.
This can include tuning into our hunger and fullness signal, learning about the effect of our hormones at different stages of our cycle and life and incorporating more boundaries in our daily life.
It is about respecting our emotional health and well-being and finding happiness and harmony.
It doesn't mean we need to be happy all the time but we have some sort of control over our feelings and behaviour and can build positive relationships with those around us.
