Over 12 months, we cover 12 themes which will allow you to shine a spotlight on each area of your life to create balance and harmony.

Around the full moon, we meet to share ideas and get support and accountability towards the intentions we set two weeks earlier.

We discuss what is working and what might not be, this allows you to let go of anything that isn't serving your vision of the future or adjust your course to get back on track.

Our live sessions are supported by a growing on-demand library of resources set out to support each monthly theme with;

  • Nutrition - meal plans, prep guides, recipe collections.
  • Movement - Inspiration for and the benefits of.
  • Rest & Recovery - Inspiration and exercises to support the honouring of our Yin energy.
  • Self-awareness - Learn about yourself, your dreams and your desires.
  • Book Club - Each month you have the opportunity to read and discuss the book of the month.

You can choose to join the Inner Circle as a stand-alone product or use the membership to continue the work we have done together in the Menopause Solution Session or the Empowered Menopause Journey.

Body Astrology

Everybody knows their Star Sign and I'm sure you relate to the main characteristics but do you know your Moon Sign?

It is our Moon Sign that gives us insight into creating optimal health and well-being in your body.

Movement

We don't always have time for exercise or sometimes the inclination!

By looking at different ways we can include movement in our daily lives that suits individual lifestyles we can make sure we are taking care of our body and protecting it for years to come.

Movement isn't always an experience outside of our body, we also look at digestion, lymph and energy flow inside the body.

Rest & Recovery

In today's 'go go go' world it can seem like a badge of honour to be 'busy'.

Taking time to Rest, Relax and Recover is so important for both our physical and mental health.

Self Awareness

Becoming more self-aware enables us to make choices that will support our overall health and well-being.

This can include tuning into our hunger and fullness signal, learning about the effect of our hormones at different stages of our cycle and life and incorporating more boundaries in our daily life.

It is about respecting our emotional health and well-being and finding happiness and harmony.

It doesn't mean we need to be happy all the time but we have some sort of control over our feelings and behaviour and can build positive relationships with those around us.
