Until very recently menopause was hardly ever mentioned, it was something old women went through.
We are so lucky to have more information available to us than ever now BUT there is still a massive gap in the knowledge of what is actually going on inside our bodies, how this can be different for EVERY INDIVIDUAL and what we can do about it.

I am a holistic nutrition therapist supporting women transitioning through menopause to gain understanding and clarity about what is going on in their bodies and give them the knowledge and tools they need to control these symptoms and achieve their optimal health and well-being without restrictive dieting.
I am also peri-menopausal!
